Has the server only recently started doing this? Once done this get back to me with any running state problems. Disable ipsec services end fuction!!! I veent that workaround to this is deploying gpo with lpsec ipsec but I would like to know why is this happening. Could anybody please help?

After updates distributed via wsus random servers are entering ipsec blocking mode. The Telephony service entered the running state. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
